"Coolest" is fastest. And once you have two queens, you should be able to mate in a few moves. As is indeed the case here: it looks like 38... Qaxe5, 38... Qexe5 or 38... Qf5+ is mate in 3 (and there may be others). :) Also the fact that he has pawns left is a plus for you, since you don't have to worry about stalemates.
