Hi. I know posting won games is somewhat frowned upon here, but i will try anyway. after black's 6... c5 i tried 7. qc2 aiming for either some kind of reverced grunfeld or a symetrical position where my g2 bihsop is better than blacks c8 bishop. however after 7... cxd4 8. nxd4 nc6 i was almost forced to take on c6 and let black reinforce his centre. I saaume it is still ok, but is there a better way to get the type of position I mentioned above against this setup? Or do i need to play 7. cxd5 and enter a mainline Tarrasch?

I follow Bologan's advice to take with cxd5 after black's c5. Personally, i had never had any problem in this line.
