I was playing against a friend and he accused me of cheating, I was white
I went with the colle aiming for the zukertort (with b3) but once he played 5.Bg4 I know white gets slightly better by playing c4 possible with ideas of Qb3 but anyway Iam playing a friend Iam literally not going to press
7 e5 I felt it was premature what I was thinking was something along the lines of trading pieces on f3 white gets pawns doubled but at least is an easy draw
12 b3 looks horrible but I dont like to keep the pawns just hanging
13 Ng4 just seems like an horrible blunder
16 Rc1 instead of Be2 its not the best for the engine but makes perfect sense to me, my idea was simply removing the R from the pin, and in case of NxB I would get the semi open file for my rook
18 Qd5 the computer doesnt like it, but I went there because Iam looking for NxB I felt like that would simplify my game
19 Qh4 I noticed the Q has no squares it would be lost
20 Ne4 21 Bg5 it should be 1-0 but he kept playing
I believe it was by move 24 or 25 I offered a draw because I literally didnt want to win because of a free queen
he didnt even saw it and kept playing
by move 28 Iam just looking to win material but he forces himself into mate.

After the game he accused me of cheating, his reasoning was because I made no blunders...

What pisses me off is the guy reported me on the 20, and yesterday I get actually suspended because I destroyed a few 2100+ patzers in a row on a bullet tournament and they definitely went crying to lichess, And since this dude reported me earlier he probably got a notification someone you reported got banned, horrible timing for me but so be it I will just make it public nothing to hide, check this game to see if I cheated or not.

#For the mods before you just delete this
A) Iam not accusing anyone of cheating I was the one accused
B) It is not an open investigation as the game that Iam accused of is probably a different game, and in any case Iam the one who is affected and I don't mind at all that all information is available I have nothing to hide
C) Acusing others of cheating without any reason is a much bigger offense

@relax2600 I didn't find any games where you used engine assistance. False positives do happen. Explain the moderators why it is a false positive here https://lichess.org/appeal

Hopefully not, there's still a small chance on the appeal I only asked for them to review this game and tell if there was any cheating here, the plan is getting irrefutable official proof maybe that solves it.

Damn they seem to have removed the accusation for cheating with engine assistance, but now they went with cheating by rating manipulation
The worst part is no one wrote anything confirming no cheat was detected, so thanks to lichess automatic message that" someone you reported got banned" he is going to keep believing he is the best cheat detector in the world and will keep reporting a new guy everyday lol

I guess as usual you are wrong... If you still have doubts about the F screenshot I give 0 F about this account I will gladly give you the login password if you need to look by yourself the silly appeal.

As gm Finegold would put it "truth hurts"

also look at the timings from cheat appeal closed and from boost appeal in progress. I would need to be a twisted genius to even do Photoshop on the F hours of the appeal for them to match, and what would I F get from this?

Obviously couldn't care less about the account, I don't care about ranking online or offline. I don't care about my own privacy, I don't even care enough to contest a bogus accusation of boosting so I just accepted it, can't be much more transparent and public. All I F want as I stated originally was ignored and I will definitely be ignored again would be a F reply from any mod on the appeal saying something along the lines A) from as far as we can tell there was no engine assistance on the mentioned game.
But mods will not do it, because they are humans and they are proud, the rationale will be this dude is a f_$ing cheat he sandbagged in other games, talked about them publicly in the forum I will not give him this satisfaction.
That's all good I would most probably do the same myself, I have no illusions, what they are missing is they are complicating their own life because the dude that reported me for engine assistance does that almost every week to some other guys that might have or might not have actually cheated against him, because there are no consequences

I guess as usual you are wrong... If you still have doubts about the F screenshot I give 0 F about this account I will gladly give you the login password if you need to look by yourself the silly appeal. As gm Finegold would put it "truth hurts" also look at the timings from cheat appeal closed and from boost appeal in progress.
