Not especially (it just wins a rook). ;)
And incidentally, that mate in 5 is a good idea to retain...it's the sort of king hunt that does come up from time to time.
I've never had a draw against a CM, but I did have a draw against an IM in an online blitz game a few days ago. The mighty IM offered a draw against me when he was down a pawn and I immediately accepted it since I had a opportunity to get my best-rated draw ever. Hooray for me!!!
