19... Qg5 was an interesting (and creative) idea...but no doubt White could've put up a better fight than succumbing to mate.
A safer (and surer) bet was 19... Bc5, since if 20 Qd3 Rxh5 threatens ...Ne5+, and on 20 Qd1 Bxg4+ would also pick off the queen.
There are doubtless other wins as well. White can hardly hope to survive for long facing such an ominous buildup of pieces in the center (not to mention the fact that Black has an extra one).
