Chess is so unfair, and can be so mentally disruptive.
Some days everything goes right, and other days, the opponents are just way too OP.
The following two games are just part of a losing streak that shows what gets me to full range mode.
Books are full of lies (at least for online chess) and their simple narratives are demonstrably false too. Opp just plays 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Qf6 and you have no idea what's going on.

How the **** does he hold this position? Why is there no breakthrough?
Technically there is but it's way too complex for blitz and requires 2500 elo or something!

Same here, how can he block all of my attacks?
The list goes on ...
You think you got a pawn in the opening, you won't hold it.
You just dutifully develop your pieces somewhere, opponent rolls his pawns and smothers you.
You make a plan, you won't make it.
If you get a strong position, you have no breakthrough, but if you can't get along with the opening already, you get smothered too. And then every move you make can be a minefield, while you have no resources and hopes for yourself.
And if you finally get material advantage, he will still find terrible ways to stress you, and even turn the game around!
And the time also ticks away in every game on top. (even +2 increment wouldn't help much)
And before anyone asks, at NO POINT I'm talking or implying engine use. The opponents play by themselves, but the game favors them, not me.

* Then play 15+10 rapid.

Here's another type of game that I absolutely can't get along with.
I have absolutely no idea what to do after the opening, while opp just blitzes their moves like the clappers and it's perfectly fine for him, then I can't hold my pawn center and when I hope for counterplay, I'm totally crippled

"I have absolutely no idea what to do "
- Think!
If blitz does not give you enough time to think, then play 15+10 rapid.

My history should show more than clearly enough that I don't play such long time controls.
I will totally confess guilty that I lack the dedication and attention span for such long online games, and I will also give you the point that tilting and recovering a blitz rating takes just as long as several 15+10 games

You have -53 during these three days, I still have -45 for today by time of writing. Feels like every time I come back to 1950 and want to improve further, I lose three in a row and another tilt is on the way

"I don't play such long time controls"
- Fair enough, but do not expect to play correctly then.
"I lose three in a row"
- Stop after one loss and analyze it first to prevent tilt.

In what way?
I already helped myself last night before going to win. Finished at 1am with +9=1-1. Reduced the loss to 14. Then when trying to sleep, chess pieces were still dancing in my head.
