I play white pieces this is a game from simplechess.com
Btw d3 was a mouseslip.
How should white proceed to win if say 24 QxR RxQ RxR+ Kd2 Bc6 Qxc7 and Kf8
what would be the winning plan and why is white in general winning besides the Ra8 maybe hard to develop (but i was thinking Kg7 and Rh8 at some point or something is possible still for black)

Since black has terrible piece coordination and no dark square control. You can try to target and pick up black's pawns one by one (as c7 is impossible to protect because white's bishop is hanging). Try not to trade pieces as two rooks are generally stronger than a queen if well coordinated. It's endgame so remember activity> material so never lose your queen activity and gradually activate your king. This position should be easy to win

It does not matter, both moves win for white.

I suppose that after QxR, RxQ, RxR+ Kd2, Bc6, you go Qxc2 as listed, threatening mate Kf8, there is a problem with the rook on a8. I would just retreat the queen to c5+
If the king goes to g7, just Qe5+. The point is that you want the king in the backrank. Then eventually you want to play Bf6 and give a check in either g7 or h8, to infiltrate yourself in the backrank and win the rook in the corner.
You have to do it fast, because the g pawn is dead if he moves the rook to g1 and the rook will make harder to continue with that plan, thats why the checks for reposition are important, and still dont know if there is enough time for it.
It would have been complicated, but I still think that white can win it by force, and certainly much more complicated as it was played.

Hi , No I've not played the user by this username as he appears to be a fide master and I am just a average strength amateur player.
Anyhow heres the fen of the ensuing position in the line I suggested
r4k2/1pQ2p2/p1b1p3/6B1/3P4/2P5/PP1K2P1/7r w - - 0 28
Can you suggest a concrete strategy for white to win?
All blacks pawns are fixed on light squares it seems so hard to pick them off
Btw here should be correct fen chatgpt didnt generate it right for me the first time ( i dunno how to manually generate the fens):

Just attack over the dark squares: Bf6, Qf4, g4, g5, Qh4, Qh8#

His rook control H file
"His rook control H file"
- Then Qf4-Qg5-Qg7-Qg8#
Black cannot control both h8 and g7.
