Might be the highest rated now, its rating has risen to 2458. Two weeks ago when the [Puzzle Database](https://database.lichess.org/#puzzles) was last published it was only number 8, rated 2324. This is the command I used to find the ten highest rated mates in one:
`zstdcat lichess_db_puzzle.csv.zst | grep -w mateIn1 | sort -t , -k 4,5 -n -r | head`

Because you can't "choose" the puzzle you want to play or everyone would be 3000
