Always remember your previous move. Why did you go 14.Qc2? For what? Were you go on 15 move?

Why give up a pawn?
Blunder check before you move.
@RemRus is correct. Additionally, on the 16th move, the bishop can still take the pawn on h7.
Attack on move 28. Discovered attack, basic theme. Rb7+, Rxb8+, Qh7+, any piece can give check and win the game.
Thanks all

I wanted to move the bishop to check the king, but i dont know if that was the best move loll.

Usually beginners like to play with the queen. But this is not correct. One queen cannot defeat the entire army. Study how knights and bishops move, what their typical combinations are. Then you can play with four pieces against the army. It's much easier than doing it alone.
Maybe, you can find something useful at https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/how-to-improve-18 or https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/i-need-advice?page=2 .
