I played at tournament after black made a mistake with 23... f5.
There was imbalance with the opponent had two bishop pairs and whereas I had two knight pairs.
I manuevered knights and succeeded the knight and queen infiltration 29. Qa6 my knights were giving strong pressure to black's kingside and queen was lined up with d1 rook and yes, I think the position was quite the case I had a initiative.
when black finally played b5, maybe trying to attack c3 pawn and undermine my pawn structure, computer says I had a chance to win since I could infiltrate extra knight to backrank and claim extra territories for win.
But I thought Qxc6?? could force Queen trade and win but after Bxe5! removing the defender now I'm simply down a piece and losing a game.
I was too excited and punished this way. and this idea was even not hard to find If I just stick to keeping more pressure than capturing. how do you guys mind this type of "getting too excited blunders"?

You missed a one move tactic under time pressure, it happens. Remember these three- checks, captures, attacks. If you looked at the possible captures, you wouldn't have missed Bxe5
More importantly, can you explain f3 instead of h3 to me? Is that theory? Seems too weakening.
I also don't understand your Nb3 reroute, I thought you were gearing up for a queenside push but that didn't seem to happen either

Yes, f3 is dubious move that is out-of-theory that should be avoided in classical games.
But I use this sideline in rapid games since it controls e4 and g4 squares for Ne4, Ng4, Bg4 things. Nf3 is more common but black will almostly automatically Bg4 and that's what blacks most common position. I didn't like that.
If I used common 6. Nf3 line I think I did not have a chance against strong 1900 player, since it's mostly their favorite position.
I agree that 21. Nb3 reroute was weak move but I used Nb3 instead of Nd3 since I thought If I play Nd3 that would block queen supporting d4 pawn, and there could be chance for tactic that I miss but I think it was too much consideration and It was time pressure problem I think.

It was a 10+0 game.
You still had 1:40 on your clock.
You spent 11.7 seconds on the losing mistake 33 Qxc6?
Think a bit longer, blunder check before you move, otherwise play a slower time control like 15+10.

yes that's what exactly I feel about myself. I was too excited and too much hype. and also the game was tournament with time control 10+0, so you cant blame me for 600+0 no increment

"the game was tournament with time control 10+0"
- Yes, it is unfortunate lichess tournaments are without increment.
Even so, you had 1:40 left. An additional 5 seconds invested to blunder check would have revealed it.
Many a game is lost on the board for fear of losing on time.

Yes, I know that I moved too fast that resulted in blunder.
Like I mentioned in the article I'm not asking that why I blundered. I'm asking that I know I blundered because I lost composure, so I want to know when I have a initiative it's natural to lose composure.
I want to know how to keep composure when I have an initative.

"how to keep composure when I have an initative"
- Always blunder check before you move.
Fischer blunder checked also in 5+0 blitz

'At this moment my hand hovered over White’s Pawn on e4, but at the last second I realized that 30...Nxe4 is answered by 31 Qxe4 and White wins.'

It is astonishing that there is even blunder checking process even in 5+0 time controls, I'll look into it. thank you
