I am confuzed with this puzzle

https://lichess.org/training/4QBZQ

Why it should be 31...Rde8? I know black want to play f2 then Qh3, but is there another choice to prevent Ne7?
And what will happen after 33.f2? It's still complex. I don't know why black would win (though white's kingdom is in danger).
Thanks for your answering.

Then Qg2#

You can't go twice in a row. This is impossible. The opponent will move any piece to row 2 and defend against checkmate. A useless threat.
But even worse is that the knight gives check and begins a mating combination to you.
