Pure Strategical Move, But

I don't see it. It's not tactics, after that sac I gain only +1 pawn , I think, but game after that is with strategical benefit. How should I recognize such moves and what to do after that move in common?

Well, after 7 Bxf7+ Kxf7 8 Ng5+ Kg8 9 Qb3+ d5 10 Ne6 Nc5 11 Nxd8 Nxb3 12 axb3, Hybis would no longer have been able to castle and the h8-rook would have been somewhat buried.

For most of us, I imagine that it would have taken more than ~3 seconds of thinking after 6...b6.

It seems that 13 Nc6 would have probably been appropriate.

This can be seen through a tactical eye. If you decide that a knight and bishop is worth a rook and 2 pawns +position, then Bxf7 with Ng5+ and Ne6! is a single move chain and is all forced until you win c7 and then trade the knight for the a8 rook.

not matter of time I guess, You may see it from the start, by thinking some time( doesn't matter how long 5 sec or a minute) and find that move perpective strategicly, or not. for not wasting My thinking time in Waste, I need to see a reason behind that move, which doesn't depends on do I waste more or less time, it's just I start to see it or not

in engine variant there isn't exchange 2 figures for rook, Position is almays matter equal, but strategcly white can press better somehow, I need to see why exactly

I did not use an engine to see 7 Bxf7 Kxf7 8. Ng5+ Kg8 9.Ne6 Qe8 10. Nxc7 Qd8 11. Nxa8. If I go a move further I see white wins a 3rd pawn at b6. This is good enough for a speculative sacrifice in blitz. In a longer game, I would spend more time in the final position to verify it is good. Since it is blitz, I never considered Qb3+.

To answer the question better: The final position in the computer line is only able to be played after studying the tactics that win the a7, b6, and c7 pawns. I believe white will win at least 2 of the queen's side pawns or the knight will escape and he will be up material by 1 pawn, not a sacrifice at all!

Well, I have to confess that, on my own, I would have been unlikely to spot the 7 Bxf7+ thing, with any amount of time available. However, for those who COULD work it out, I think that the chances of doing so would be a lot better, using more than ~3 seconds to choose a move.

Productively using more than ~3 seconds seems to require practice (and a willingness to mentally explore without knowing what one will find).

I would guess that DrHack was considering something like 7 Bxf7+ Kxf7 8 Ng5+ Kg8 9 Ne6 Qe8 10 Nxc7 Qd8 11 Nxa8 Bb7 12 Nxb6 Nxb6, but it seems that 9 Qb3+ would have been a lot better than 9 Ne6.

My guess is that there is not much chance of perceiving the merit of 7 Bxf7+ without a willingness to devote time to mental exploration of possibilities.
