I could made right move with rook check as I did before with knight support and move king, but I moved king straight away , finding it "smart" . it's very bad ability of mine, not being able to stop and think a little. Don't wonder, how I lost a queen, it's for same reason. this reflex is appearing somehow, how to train ability to think about every move regardless desire to find a most Beauty and Original continuation, which disturbs My attention and I miss some obvious moves?

"... For many people with little time for chess the default option is internet blitz, in which the players have five minutes or less for the entire game. I cannot warn too strongly against taking this route if you want to improve, the problem being that playing too many games at a fast time limit will corrupt the decision making process. Instead of playing good moves, a player honed on blitz will look for moves he can make quickly and perhaps bring himself closer to a win on time. ...

There is nothing that is, 'disturbing you on the inside'; there is only your unhealthy stubbornness and refusal to use more than two of the one hundred and fifty-nine seconds on your clock to convert your winning position without blundering your Rook.

If you are going to use swear words, then either do not censor them, or do not use them.
Instead of making a new thread almost daily ---multiple times a day, sometimes--- will you share your games and ask your exact same question in just one thread? By making an excessive amount of threads, you are making it harder for others' threads to receive attention.

Yess sir, what 's unclear in My grammar?I thought I m writing smooth enough to understand sense behind sentence.
About topic, do You think I don't have something harmful inside, while when I made this wrong move, I felt something wrong inside and it was a quick reflex. It's no matter of time obvious, it's something influencing nervous system, otherwise I would calmly calculate all moves in every game, and wasn't obssesed with fancy moves without seeing what's risky, and what has real meaning. In such cases, I just recognize fake understanding for true one , and that stimulates Me to make such moves independed of time I waste

It may not matter as much as it does in bullet, but I think that time nevertheless matters a lot in 3+2 games.

The GM Nigel Davies comment may not describe you exactly, but I suspect that the essential point is close enough. In a 15+10 game, you could average 22 seconds per move and have enough time for 75 moves. If you average 22 seconds per move in a 3+2 game, you won't be able to make a 10th move. Whatever the details of your motivations, the important point is that a 3+2 game forces the players to mostly look for moves that can be made quickly.

For many of us, it takes practice to acquire the ability to think about a move properly. Proper thinking takes time and you can't get much practice in 3+2 games.
"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ..." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

If you want to "train" the ability to think about moves properly, you are likely to need games much slower than 3+2.

Could the "something" have been a rushed (~2-second) desire to protect your b2-pawn after 53...Rh2 ?

Well, you were just telling us that you "can't count too deep". It often takes time and practice for which there is not much opportunity in 3+2 games.

for some reason you misunderstand Me completly
move 53 was not desire to protect b2 pawn(and protect from what, there are no threats), I don't do such obvious targets in chess, almost never, I always try to find something original , not obvious, and hate, when obvious move is the only correct one
I wanted to go king a3, then go b3 to protect with check, and then go somehow forward with pawn and king, and move pawns behid forward b pawn.
You mean "somhow" this describe fits for Me, that I want to win on time? really? You don't believe Me or what? see My lately 2-3 months games, I almost never won on time, because I rarely care about, if I didn't I wouldn't choos 3+2, I would 3+0, I ve chosen blitz , because it's not too fast, not too long, that's all, and I don't like diving too deep, if there is no reason behind it, and in mostly games position seems not that complex from start
I ve played rapid yes, but I play it with same is blitz, does it tells you something?

That does not make much sense to me, but perhaps the important point is that, for move 54, your ~4-second thinking was not optimal.

Well, thinking for more than ~2 seconds might help you to avoid decisions like 5 h3 (~0.4 --> ~-7.2).

It seems to me to suggest a necessity for both time AND practice using the time.

Indeed, it MAY, but the question is whether or not PRACTICE USING TIME, in, for example, 15+10 games, will improve your ability to avoid choices like 5 h3, 53 Nc8, 54 Ka3, and 71 Kd7.
