see that right move?
while dissasembling I see reason behind it right away, but while game it's kinda hard to recognize what to do

and no, it's not quitestion of amount of time per turn

Of course it is a matter of time. You need time to calculate it. Pawn endgames are all about calculation.

thing is I not calculate with time, I m searching for move I like and which is felt like good or at least not bad, so I can fell for such thing, it's written in My mind and can't be changed that simple

"I m searching for move I like "
- That is fun, but do not expect to play correctly then. Pawn endgames are often decided by one single tempo.

"... many king and pawn endings are capable of concrete evaluations, so the shades of assessment used for middlegame positions tend to evaporate. No longer can one get away with a 'slight advantage for White', or an 'unclear'. Instead, the player or analyst has to continue his work until he can state 'Win', 'Loss' or 'Draw'. To reach such a conclusion may require exceptionally deep analysis, and prove more troublesome than evaluating a middlegame position. ..." - GM John Nunn (1999)

The thing is that chess and pawn endgames are not going to change either.
I think that I somewhat get what you want - a way to make a good guess in such positions using a small amount of time. People are going to be reluctant to try to help you with that because, as GM Nunn indicated, it can require “exceptionally deep analysis” to properly work out what to do in some positions.
Still, it may turn out that, in some positions, with the right ideas, a plausible guess could be made, and the plausible guess might turn out to be the right choice. However, there is a danger in seeking fast plausible-guess methods after examining the position in detail. Knowing the true best move (39...g5), one might fool oneself about whether or not a good fast-decision idea has been identified.
With this danger in mind, I shall nevertheless forge ahead and attempt to come up with something. I have the feeling that, somewhere out there, individuals would be happy to identify where I go wrong.
Anyway, I have convinced myself that, after 39 Ke3, you might have speedily perceived that your only plausible way to make progress was to play ...g5 at some point, and, after 39 Ke3, Tudka was in a position to play 40 f4 and make it very difficult for you to subsequently be able to play ...g5. Hence, it is plausible (I think) that you were in a position to quickly perceive that the right choice was 39...g5 - making the move before Tudka would be able to prevent it.
I suspect that you will not like the idea, but, to improve your instincts in such positions, you could do a little endgame study. I sense that you are not eager to work on something like Fundamental Chess Endings or Secrets of Pawn Endings, but perhaps you would be willing to do a little reading in Silman’s Complete Endgame Course by IM Silman or Starting Out: Pawn Endgames by GM Glenn Flear.

It's Nice to hear that from You,But I don't want what You had supposed. I want a deep guess. Reason I made mistake, then understood what 's right, because on level of reflexes, which I can't resist, I can't think over right move right away. I made fancy a pawn move, because it looks fun, and that drag My attention, and after, because no available moves left, I ve got what to do. About end game learning. yes I know I need that, but not because I m bad at it, according to statistics, Endgame is best part for Me, rather I need to learn Middlegame, which is sadly always worse for Me, because there are multiply figures, where I can not notice something important, and My deep Idea search fall off. I don't want to search quick or slow good moves, I just want to see real Idea somehow, no matter the time. But I can think over it only if I feel like there is something out there and move itself fits to My Mind state by now

Well, if you want improvement in the sort of thing that happened after 39 Ke3 in the Tudka game, my guess is that help would be more likly to come from endgame reading.
