If you want others' help, then help them first: Use a grammar app to make your comments understandable.
all ppl understand it somehow, except u. what do u think is wrong with my grammar?

"don't You see I found it, but move after"
- When it was too late. In pawn endgames a single tempo decides the game.

I know , but thing disturbed me from finding right a way, seems exactly thing I need to work on, and that doesn't depends on time, it depends on Brain impulses that can cause to stop and thing first

Well, aVague chose 39...a6 after ~1 second - not entirely unreasonable in a 3+2 game. Instead of aVague winning with 39...g5, the game bumbled along in a drawn state until Tudka chose 45 gxh4 ("0.00 --> -8.29"), and the game was pretty much a loss for Tudka from that point on. The trouble apparently comes from aVague wondering how the merit of 39...g5 could have been perceived during the game.
Maybe I am fooling myself, but I actually believe that the right 39th move might have been guessed in a reasonable amount of time (for a 3+2 game), and aVague now seems to understand "what 's right", so, maybe there is nothing more to do here.
Further endgame reading doesn't seem to be something that aVague wants to do at this time.
Playing slower games also seems to be out of the question.

Well, I often feel confused by aVague's language, but I am not confident that a "grammar app" would help. I DO think that it would sometimes make it easier for aVague's loyal readers if aVague would use move numbers in the texts of posts.
For example, "while game it's kinda hard to recognize what to do at move 39",
instead of just "while game it's kinda hard to recognize what to do".

"~1 second - not entirely unreasonable in a 3+2 game"
- It should be at least 2 seconds, and preferably more. It is the decisive move. He got the right idea ...g5 at the wrong timing.

In order to last 60 moves in a 3+2 game, it is necessary to average no more than 5 seconds per move. 38 moves had been played by aVague, averaging ~3 seconds per move, thus enabling aVague to play, for example, the next 14 moves at ~12 seconds per move, but don't forget:
"Pawn endgames are all about calculation." - tpr (#2)
At any one moment, it can be very tempting to choose a seemingly quick safe move in order to save time for later.
Technically, 39...a6 was not the decisive move. As I understand it, that was 45 gxh4 ("0.00 --> -8.29"), chosen by Tudka.
At move 39, a winning opportunity was missed, but aVague did manage to win anyway.

"aVague did manage to win"
- Tudka managed to lose a drawing position.
