You just don't have a habit to notice tactical weaknesses and all the ways to them. I mean you never trained it - so you don't see. Otherwise as soon there is any tactical weakness like hanging piece - you just automatically see that...

Habit? I don't have vision of it, it's harder sometimes to force Mind think in a way to see and calculate
See that Game also, how could I make it more safety?
here I didn't saw tactics for some reason, it's hard to see in tense games, where You can make wrong move with higher propability

You will blunder anyway, I still blunder all the time. There are ways to reduce it, like an example in this game you open up your king and the king is main tactical weakness:) You definetely will blunder something.
People oftenlty look at blunder itself without realizing they blundered 20 moves ago by creating tactical or positional weakness... and blunder is just the result of positional and tactical poor understanding.
And also sometimes brain simply doesn't work:)))) and you ( ok not you I) can blunder 3 times each game....
But there are definitely ways to improve... But the probably main point I want to share. Don't beat yourself up too hard, we all blunder all the time. ( A couple of bangs of the head against the wall will be enough:)))) )
