I was sure I can make in in time, but I don't, what do I need to change in MY chess vision to forsee it, and mark such situations?
It seems to me that, for such a question, the first step is to make sure that you understand what happened. It appears that you COULD have won by playing 65...Kd6 instead of the losing move, 65...Rxc3. Do you understand why? It seems to me that we have to make sure that you understand why 65...Kd6 was necessary before undertaking to think of a practical way for you to make the right choice during the game.

I ve created this whole threat just because I understan why 65 is losing, otherwise I would't create it, all I want is to know how to mark such cases and prevent them

Well, lets look at the losing line: 65...Rxc3 66 g6 Rc1 67 g7 Rg1 68 Ng4 Kb5 69 g8=Q ...
It seems to me that you needed to be able to look at the position after 65 g5 and realize:
A: The jakokorina-g-pawn needed only 3 moves to get to g8.
B: To do something about this with your rook, you had 3 moves to get your rook to a place where it would have been helpful.
C: At first glance, it looked like there was a way that included taking the c3-pawn: 65...Rxc3, 66...Rc1, and 67...Rg1.
D: It was necessary to realize, in advance, that that plan would not have been dependable because jakokorina would have been able to put the e3-knight in the way with 68 Ng4.
E: That should have told you that 65...Rxc3 could not be included in a plan to use the rook to stop the jakokorina-g-pawn.
F: If your king was to be used to help, you needed to realize that 3 moves would be required to get from c6 to f7.
G: If your king was to do something about the jakokorina-g-pawn danger after 65 g5, it was necessary for it to start on the journey to f7 IMMEDIATELY.
(Another possibility would have been to rely on the rook, without the 65...Rxc3 detour, but that seems more complicated.)
