which superPowers do I need to see all MiddleGame Abilites, and not falling so low compared to begiining and endgame? I always fall down in middlegames I think

Perhaps, it is in the middlegame (with lots of pieces roaming around the board) that something unexpected is most likely to happen.
[Event "rated blitz game"] [Site "https://lichess.org/XIINaJfE"] [Date "2026.10.19"] [Black "azizserdar0"] [Result "1-0"] [Variant "Standard"] [TimeControl "180+2"] [Annotator "lichess.org"] 26...Rxd1 (~0 --> ~1.3)
Perhaps, at this time control, nearly balanced endgames are unlikely.

Yes Middlegame is mostly unexpected ( can be but not always), and that is often My weak side maybe.
but endgames in this time control is most precise part for Me, based on game statistic

how can I be sure
When solving puzzles, DO NOT make the first move! Continue looking for the answer looking at the starting position. When you are sure that you have found the right solution, only then make the first move

puzzles are kinda bad in training skill seeing overall variants, because you always know "there is something" by solving puzzles, so you start search for fancy variants, that cuts all others

Generally, one cannot be sure, but one has a better chance of seeing what is important if one ... well, you know.

Puzzles are the only thing that will help you improve your skill. In the gym, you can choose a hundred ways to pump different muscles. To level up chess you will have to use only chess, only puzzles.
