“... an important guideline: don’t move your queen out early in the game unless there’s a good reason to do so. The problem with developing the queen early is that it becomes vulnerable to attacks by enemy pieces. If you have to keep moving your queen to escape attacks, you lose precious time you’d rather spend getting other pieces into the game. ...” - First Steps: 1 e4 e5 (2018) by GM John Emms

The machine evaluates the position as ~8 points in favor of Stockfish level 4 after 13...Be8 (but, you know how these machines stick together).

Comments like this aren't really helpful don't you think? Downvote all my posts if you want, you're not giving any advice either.

#1: In that game, you moved too quickly. Slow down. Like moving your Rooks out of their corners, time is a resource. To improve, play 15+10, use all of the time allowed, survive on low time---even under ten seconds---via increment, and analyze the games to learn from your errors. A good idea is to first analyze the games by yourself, then ask for Stockfish's input. This way, your own thinking ability will improve more.

I really am not the best at the game, but I want to get better and would really appreciate advice.

On a regular basis, try ...

  1. Solving problems
  2. Playing games with a time control of at least 10 minutes and then analyzing them
  3. Working through an instructive book chapter, article, video, or interactive lesson suitable for your skill level
  4. Playing through a master's game annotated for your skill level

As a beginner myself, I am not able to comment your game, but Stockfish at Level 4 is already around 1600.

If you correlate with the median rating on Lichess to be around 1400, you are facing a bot better than 50% of the players.

I can only advise to play each Stockfish level gradually and only level up when you consistantely beat it.

Thx this will help a lot, as I am new to playing chess, and just need some feedback on some of my games.

Ok thx for that, I'm really only used to playing like stockfish lvl 1 and 2, and I just wanted to try something harder.
I'll try to analyze my games and learn from my mistakes.
Here is my best game against a lvl 1
