would you assume you could guard the bacwards pawn and guard the queening square?

i knew i had a perpetual at the end but i thought i also had a draw if i left my knight guarding my backwards pawn and the b pawn i thought i could just blockade the pawn force him into zugzwang without getting checkmated and repeat knight moves because his knight cant dislodge my knight, knight vs knight is drawn but its -2 at the end forget the absolute disaster in the middle game

No probably would not assume. At the moment white offers a draw, it is pretty clear that black is about to attempt to push for a win. Maybe there was a way to handle the pawn earlier? What do you think about 16. Qxf3 Ng5 Qf4 to attempt to trade the e pawn into a f pawn that might be more useful?
