Would You win this?

How would you play in the end to remove that material imbalance, or how would you focus to prevent that disadvantage?

The shown position is move 2. The final position is mate. We have no idea which position (presumably somewhere in between) you are asking about.

11...Nh7? is the decisive mistake. You play a well developed knight Nf6 to the rim Nh7 where it stands worse. You had to develop your other knight into play 11...Nbd7.

3 great blunders in a row. Lol that explains a lot. You used your chances well, even though you were in a kinda lost position until they started blundering.
