as a 2000elo bullet player, i have to say, being faster is useful but making right moves is better, i take seconds to think then move, but 2000elo bullet isnt easy, you have to lose hundreds of games to become a good chess player
of course i am 2000elo bullet in lichess cuz they give lots of ELO if you win, one time i won 414+ elo fr...
