whenever i analyse a game i often end up with my gaps looking like this look for pawn breaks, loook for this in these psoitions etc etc but these become too genral and leading to blunders how to actually fix my analsyis

Analyze backwards. Find the decisive mistake that caused the loss. Then peel back.
Example a 30+0 game

https://lichess.org/mf5yYVAZ/black#7

4...Bc5? (39.1 s, 29:06 available) was the decisive mistake. 4...exf4 would have held.
That leads to 4 Nf3? (4.2 s, 29:43 available) being a missed win: 4 fxe5 would have won
That leads to 3...Nc6? (21.8 s, 29:05 available) being a mistake: 3...d5 was equal.
