No sorry, @Ayushman_C bullet is fast chess, you and me always blunder.
Don't look at your opponents' ratings. Playing a 2500 will make you play slower not to miss any tactics, causing you to flag. Playing a 500 will make you wanna finish the game quickly, causing you to blunder mate in 1 and lose tons of rating.

The minimum rating allowed in lichess is 600

@Ayushman_C Train your blindfolded skill that's the key , the stronger bullet player the better they at playing blindfolded.Next is sharpen your tactical skill by solving puzzle as much as possible.You will get better in a few month

and you might want to learn some openings that are trickless for your side; so you can easily premove
