I play my standard openings. And play unexpected moves when opponent starts premoving. Playing surprise openings does not work for me.

@Ayushman_C actually when you are playing bullet. When you play bullet you have to manage until there are 10 second's left
with your opponent he/she will play fast so you have to keep on giving checks to your opponent even though they are unnecessary. The checks annoy your opponent and the time of your opponent also goes down because the opponent would pre-moves so that check does not let your opponent move and the time goes down as well the opponent gets annoyed ok
