can lichess add special tournaments like shield tournaments for eastern hemisphere players and add a different set of shield trophies for eastern hemisphere players?

1.Will eastern arenas ( yearly, monthly,weekly,sheilds) be added anytime soon? I don't want to stay up half the night for ONE tournament, nor does basically any person
2.Will hourly classical arenas (IDK 4h long?) Be added? Om there is classical Swiss, but i would like to continue playing after completing my game instead of waiting an hour for all games to end.

It is possible in arenas.

when you enter a game in arena you can't chat only with the opponent. when send a message to your opponent it has to be send to the arena chat. Can Lichess fix this?

What exactly were the reasons again for why the specific mark texts "uses chess computer assistance" and "manipulates their rating" were merged into the vague phrase "violated terms of service"?

Imo this just makes it possible for cheaters to excuse themselves saying "the ban was for some other dumb reason"

Same for people who just close their account.
