My son has been playing Arena tournament in Lichess recently. He sometimes experienced the issue that the board stucked at loading, it never finished. The only thing he can do is quiting the game.
He has been using an Ipad. Does anyone has the same problem or you may know how to solve it?
I have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 for now hoping it won't happen again.

Same happened to me for sometime, except that it happened in my analysis board. I switched to firefox which runs on a different engine than chrome, and it worked. Maybe you can do that?

He's running in Lichess App on IPAD. If the issue happens one more time ( after I have applied DNS to 8.8.8.8 ), I'll suggest him to use browser instead. He's previously got ban from Arena tournament because the issues happened in some games, after some explanations, he got unban today. However, after several games, now it happened again. I don't really know if it's a common issue and happen to other players or just because of our network, or device itself.
