This is a really good question.
I feel sure that there is an extension / tool somewhere for this use in Lichess.
Here is an example of one ( Use game filter )

Also this guy definitely knows the answer and will probably respond without my prompting

Thanks again for the customizable boards!

I'm not sure it gets all the games, but Opening Explorer shows at least the most recent in a given opening once you make the moves on the analysis board. You may need to toggle between White and Black depending on which side you're playing, and scroll down to get to the games.

Go to the analysis board.
Set up your position 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 e5
Set the data base to player.
There are all your games wit the Budapest Gambit.

So I did try the analysis board, it even has an option to show games between a certain time frame. I chose Feb 2019 (when I joined lichess) to Aug 2026, but it only shows me a handful of games. I have dozens, likely hundreds of games in this variation, as I've always played this opening. Surely theres a way to view them all. You can look at specific variations this way, though.
UPDATE: I have 800+ games in the Budapest. Maybe the way they have it filtered is the way to go haha...
It shows you what moves you've played, how many games you've played in that line, and even win rate, as you progress on the analysis board. Good job lichess

You can go to your Profile, Export games, check the checkbox for Opening, then export whatever games you want. Then search for the PGN with the correct opening.
Alternately, with LiChess Tools, you can export all of your games, load that into the PGN Editor tool that LT adds to the Tools menu, then click on Search and use the FEN of the position you want to find. Then press Result to keep only what was found.

You can go to your Profile, [Export games](https://lichess.org/@/me/download), check the checkbox for Opening, then export whatever games you want. Then search for the PGN with the correct opening.

I did that once, but it was rather tedious, and I think I only had 36 or so games, so this might take too long to do for you, @TurtleHermit .

Also it was really slow to import into a study but that might just be my internet lol

I believe the analysis board and the tools there have what I need. Lichess has some good tools that I've known about for a while, but I never really took the time to understand how to use them until now. Thanks y'all for the helpful replies, appreciate it.

Isn’t this method just for recent games only?
