You should always begin with puzzles. You can do puzzle streak, storm, or racer on Lichess to practice easy puzzles, and then normal puzzles for harder challenges. 20% of your time average
Then you should play games. Once you are finished with a game, you should always review the game to find your mistakes and learn from them. 40% of your time average
Study courses like Chessmood or books that are useful for you to help you with your middlegame and endgames. 40% of your time average
If you somehow have extra time, you can opt for more puzzles, studying, games, or learn new openings, view master games, watch chess videos.

You last played a serious game 4 months ago. I don't think you're serious.

"want to get 1500 rating fide"

* That is not ambitious. You can get 2000 in 200 hours, i.e. 1 year.
I wrote a blog about it

The first priority is blunder checking before moving.

Here is an example:
You take a pawn and lose a rook. Blunder checking would have won.
You lose this 30+0 game with 22 useless minutes left on your clock, i.e. you played as if it were 8+0 blitz.
Slow down. Take time to think.
