Do you actually think Hans Niemann cheated?

It's not just Hans cheating online and getting away with it, I'm sure over the board its common too. It don't matter if it's 2010 or 2025 to me, I'm keeping my opinion. This is also not a free thinking website so it's no point discussing unapproved opinions.

Just 1 example, when Magnus thought Hans cheated did he say "please wand my opponent, check his shoes, etc". No. In fact he suggested absolutely 0 improvements to the anti-cheat process in OTB, at least for his events that he's in. You'd think spending a decade in tournaments is enough for him to think of ideas. So is he hiding something? Is his loyalty to elevate a friend to world champion, a repayment of assistance long ago? It's all going nowhere, even the performance enhancing drug isn't even prevented and I bet those drugs lead to health side effects causing certain players to lose massive skill when their doctor forces them to stop.

in a free thinking website, are people allowed to disagree with opinions?

It's not the players here, it's the website. The ownership and his crew were raised in reddit. A lot of people notice that CC forums are free-er. This place has their approved opinion list, simple as that. Once upon time it use to be okay to critical think anything, now this topic can't be engaged with intelligently, it's extremely political with pre-determined outrage. People look for insults in a heart beat too, the culture just isn't there to talk about cheating here.

I do not think Hans Niemann cheated, I think Magnus Carlsen is a sore loser.
All players are scanned with metal detectors before entering the playing area, there is 15 minutes delay between a move and the broadcast, there are random drug tests.

many people are saying cheaters are eating the pawns.

we are going to get rid of the cheaters and it's going to happen in 1 hour of my becoming leader. believe me. very strong. sad.

post in a chess.com forum about how the lichess crew were rasied in reddit. use the full word, lichess. see what happens to your post.

as for hans, he's a hard person to like, but I didnit like what chess.com and magnus did to him. chess.com themselves said they found no evidence of hans cheating other than the time they banned him when he was a teenager.

so, did hans cheat? according to chess.com, he cheated online as a teen, and they found no evidence of cheating after the ban.
