first you would need definition for too much. From company point of view everything consumes resources that they have to pay for and hence they are paywalling too little. On second hand they need opponents for the paying customer so just playing probably has to be free. Beyond that it charity work and service promotion. Lichess on the other hand is charity so it makes sense. Though even here someone needs to pay for the service it just via donations.

If you click on the little side bar section that has the number of blunders/misses/etc, it will load the analysis and ask to pay. But if you hit the esc on that and just again click on the top left sidebar where it says "analysis" you can see the evaluation bar and stockfish move order.
Regardless of that, Lichess has a better system anyway, and it's free. It'll review your game(s) and provide direct feedback for what you can improve on. Chess.com doesn't do that at all, even with premium.
A .com side must paywall to cover its costs and make a profit.
A .org site needs patrons to cover its costs.

i know , i did not critizise them for having subsription , instead them paywalling too much from the no subsription version
Their no subscription version only serves to entice you to subscribe.
Do I think one plus one equals two?
