Most positions do not have a winning tactic available to them. This is why chess.com and lichess.org puzzles are trash for the most part. They are basically begging you to find the winning tactic with a forcing move, a check, a capture, or something else.
Thinking your puzzle rating can translate into something meaningful is folly.
The best puzzles to do are the ones with 3 results and you do not know which way it can go. Only the best websites and collections have these. It is rare.
but i mean in normal time controlls blitz bullet etc

Multiple choice puzzles...
Do you get a participation trophy when getting them right?
What u mean is hand selected (educational) puzzles. You find that in Streak, Storm and Studies.
Streak and Storm are still from real games on the server, and are 1-result positions, meaning you find the right move, you find the win and get it right. If not, you get it wrong.
I'm talking more about 3-result positions where it's "Play to win, draw, or save the position" type of thing, and you do not know which it is. Maybe you find the tactical key; Maybe you find a forced continuation that draws; or maybe you avoid immediate disaster but are left with a compromised position that will still take work to save, maybe.
And, there are no clues as to which it is. It's more like a real game situation.
Anyways, those types of tactical quizzes are more beneficial, and more difficult, IMHO.
Ok, i have to admit that was a good explanation for a confusing topic.
Just: in chess - especially higher level - u wait entire game for a blunder, so why not pounce on it?
You can still explain multiple lines in a study, especially when there’s like exactly two winning lines and one is a simplification for fast time controls.
But when there is a win, then anything less seems undesirable outside time scramble. And practicing for time scramble seems too specific.
