hard endgame tactic

The second puzzle is so brilliant! If I am not wrong it is 1.Nb5! h2 (1...Kb1 2.Nac3+! Kc2 3.Nd4+!! Kxc3 And white stops the pawn) 2.Nac3! h1=Q 3.Nd4! And white will mate if not for 3...Qc1+ 4.Kb3! Qb2+ 5.Kc4! and where ever the queen goes it is lost!

in your line after 1.Nb5! 1...Kb1 2.Nac3+! Kc2 3.Nd4+!! black can play Kd3! when you have to find the only move to win. kd3 is the best move any way what you said is also correct but see this line

White to play and draw
i could not solve

It would help to know the direction in which White or Black started. If the Black king is on the back rank that is the starting position for black, then the so...

When you see both kings on the same rank, it's hard to distinguish which side of the board you started from, especially when you (or in this case me) don't reference the the numbers. I'm not exactly sober, so please excuse the misunderstanding.. With that said, I don't see a how you could get a draw when black has 3 push pawns. Did you find a solution?

As for scenerio #2, I'll have to get back to you. It's well passed my bed time (almost 1 am).....

the answer for 1st one is 1. Re1! 1...g2+ 2.Kf2+ 2...g1=Q+ 3.Kf3! 3...Qxe1 stalemate

Im stumped here. If 4.Nf3, the king runs behind and defends the pawns to a draw, and 4.Nd1!? looks pretty interesting, as 4...h2 is met by 5.f4! as there is a fork meeting ...h1=Q. But the king can take the knight and I think it gets to the same draw-like position, as the king will be able to stand behind the pawns
