Is it possible that someone created some type of hack mode that a handful of players have access to to take control of an opponent's chess piece?
this is extremely unlikely. this is hard to do, even if you install lichess locally and try it on a local game. it is definitely not possible without server access. it is also unlikely, because if you had the kind of access you needed for that – why would you troll some low level player? why not troll one of the world class players? also, if you have that kind of access, you can change game results. you have access to all accounts. in fact, if you are a hacker capable of that kind of thing, lichess would be a very silly target.
the way more likely scenario here is that you logged in on a different device and forgot; or that you have a weak password; or that there's some problem with your touch screen.

You know what happened to MH370 right? The plane was taken over by agents who controlled the computers and the pilots couldn't do anything. If Boeing can be hacked, why not li?

I apparently need the good drugs if y'all are seeing pieces move.

I was wondering if anyone's chess piece ever moved by itself, without you physically moving it or pre-moving it during bullet game tournaments? I have had it happen about 5 different times, causing me to time out. The first time it happened I thought it was a glitch, but it happened a couple of more times on different games on different days. The last time it happened I know for a fact I did not premove or physically move my piece, it was as if the opponent took control of my piece moved it, then took with his piece then I timed out. Is it a hack?
Maybe someone knows your password, my old account got hacked and I got closed. Could have been a hacker.

i am not saying that lichess cannot be hacked. i am saying someone with the necessary skill set is unlikely to use it to move the pieces of some random 1500 player. rather, they would be hacking boeing.
i'm also quite doubtful of your claim regarding mh370, but let's not go there.

I work as someone that breaks into machines, networks, and people for a living. No one is "hacking" a low-level lichess account to screw with people. Unlike on TV, there's not some "press button to hack" program. It's usually the simple most obvious solution and aliens or hackers isn't it.

Aliens/Hackers? No.
Must be a network problem? Yes.
You may premove but it might not move unless sufficient network is there. Otherwise the opponent clock keeps running, till there is a piece move, you may not premove too.

I met here some mysterious "ananymous " viewers , they view your game, and there are many of them, so maybe it's connected withthem, also Lichess dropped sometimes because of them
