Playing otb tournaments will also help you increase online

I mean I did not play seriously for my first few rapid games but my rating would around 2100 to 2200
Also for books you should try the book karpov's strategic wins from 1961 to 1985

its says not rated tough btw why did you write 1800 at least lichess ratings have diff about 200

I find +300 puzzles optimal for classical and rapid improvement.
