That is my point. If you cant get that agreement, you and your coach are cheating. You should stop thus behavior immediately.

Exactly, you are not allowed to ask (or even receive without asking) for ANY outside assistance during a game. Not from a computer, not from looking in a book, and not form another human. Nothing.
Alternatives are:
-Play the game is zero help, and after the game, look at it with your coach and have him explain to you what you did wrong and where you could improve.
-Play against your coach... As a player in the game, he is free to help you if he wants.
-Find a way to arrange a training exercise in the form of a game, against someone you know, and who knows that this is training during which time your coach will help you and not a real game.
Indeed, the VERY FIRST SENTENCE of the terms of service, labelled TL;DR is:
"Do not cheat or receive assistance in games (from a chess computer, book, database or another person)"
That is a verbatim quote!
It is not clear to me what is difficult in that to understand (perhaps you are much too young to understand it (in which case you really should not be in these forums), but I assume your coach should be old enough to know better.)

There's only one way to get less dependent on a coach during games and it's to stop using them during games.
Playing stupid moves is fine and losing games as a result of stupid moves is also fine. It's not a bad thing as it highlights your weaknesses and once identified you can fix them.
If anything the problem is that even after your coach intervenes you're still making stupid moves in future games so you're not understanding or learning what is causing you to make these moves. So I think you're getting a false sense of complacency that's causing you to neglect areas for improvement leading to your growth stalling.
It's also reason that cheaters find their chess development is stunted or even regresses as instead of looking at the board and working out the correct answer they'll rely on cues from a coach or engine.
Just to give an example instead of calculating tactical combinations I could use the approach that if the tactic is sound my coach will let me play it and if it's a blunder they'll stop me. This works well when coach is there but in an otb event where coach can't intervene that won't work and I would be helpless and unable to calculate lines well as I relied on coach.

That’s exactly what I do. I run it thru my coach and after that only I go thru with it but then it’s considered cheating so ig I don’t hv to do it anymore

Even if it wasn't cheating I'd still not recommend it. Just to show the difference I'll give two scenarios:
- You go through a line and coach says you should think it over a bit more and then suggests changing it slightly. You go on to win the game
- You play the line you were going to tell the coach and your opponent spots a flaw and goes on to win the game. Afterwards the coach asks why you didn't consider a slightly different move order and analyses how you initially calculated and what made you opt for line you played.
The big difference is in the first scenario you'll come off with the thought that you had pretty much the right idea but you were slightly careless and as long as you concentrate it solve the problem and you'll naturally win. In the second scenario you lost the game so it's a bit more painful making it easier to remember and you went in depth into thinking process that lead to the mistake and hopefully you've corrected flaw so next time you'll get a similar position you'll play it right.
The first scenario is what you're doing and the second scenario is what you should be doing if you want to improve.
