Firstly, there is no magical way to suddenly gain a few hundred points. From where you are, reaching 2000 by the end of this year is improbable.

There are some things that can help you improve faster, though. I recommend doing puzzles (but don't overrate them as it's very different in a real game where nobody tells you there's a tactic).

It is also important to make use of your clock. Take your time! Playing 15+10 or 20+10 is a good idea as the increment greatly reduces chances of flagging and there is enough time to think. Speed chess will not help you.

Always, always, blunder check before each move. Look and see, after your move what would you do if you were your opponent? Try to calculate ahead.

You have about a 0% chance of this. But don't be upset. After all, for example: the vast majority of players who currently have a rating like yours (about 1400) or less: will never have a rating of 2000. Not by the end of the year, not in a year, not in 5 years, not in 50 years. Never. There is no reason to be upset here.
For your understanding, this is some more information (I’m sharing it). You now have a rating of about 1400. You want to have 2000 by the end of the year. Those who now have a rating of 2000 are those who can now play with you in a ratio of about 27:1. That is, for example, there is a large group of players with whom you are now playing in a 1:1 ratio. You will have a 2000 rating when you can play with them not in a 1:1 ratio, but in a ratio of approximately 27:1 in your favor.
And think for yourself: how likely is it that it will be by the end of the year (as you want)? Are you really such a prodigy that you are developing so quickly in all areas of life?
A lot of people make a common mistake: they underestimate the levels of play that are much, much higher than their current level. For some reason it seems to them that they are close, one step away. And then they are terribly disappointed that their time was wasted, nothing worked out, and the like. He set an unrealistic goal and deservedly missed it.

... play about 10 to 30 rapid games a day

By playing 10-minute games without examining the results, one could perhaps get in more games in a day, but my guess is that it would be better to play 15+10 games and examine each one, after it is over.
"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ... Many internet players are reluctant to play slower than 30 5 so you might have to settle for that as a 'slow' game." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

That was back in 2002. These days, you might have to settle for 15+10.
"... Review each of your games, identifying opening (and other) mistakes with the goal of not repeatedly making the same mistake. ... It is especially critical not to continually fall into opening traps – or even lines that result in difficult positions ... Read many annotated game collections ... By looking at entire games, the aspiring player learns about openings, middlegames, and endgames all at one fell swoop. Playing through annotated games spurs improvement as the reader learns how good players consistently handle common positions and problems. ..." - NM Dan Heisman (2007)
