What are the benefits of having team or joyning team guys? I didn't get it.
benefits of having own team are related taking care of your ego 90% teams and remaining 10% has some genuine reason to exist (teams for specific type of game like classic, 960. Team that join people for some specific country or IRL chess club). Purpose of the teams is to run own tournaments and/or taking part tournaments between teams.
As far as I know, MrPushwood will join your team for a free beer lol
