It's a line made popular by Nakamura: 1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 Nc6 3 Bc4 g6 4 Qf3.
Black has a number of reasonable choices. For example 4... Nf6 5 Ne2 was played by Magnus in blitz and now either 5...Bg7 or 5... Na5 hitting the bishop are OK. Few except for Hikaru have dared play it at a slow time control.
Going back earlier
1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 Nc6 3 Bc4 Qf6 if you don't like the fianchetto.
1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 d6 is also a good option. After 3 Bc4 g6 4 Qf3 Nf6 we have a similar position but with the option of playing c6 with ideas of b5/d5.
