I randomly choose one of your games which you played on this site.
https://lichess.org/3KK4OufO/black
I have the following remarks to this game.
Move 8. ... f6 ?? . You played this move in 3 seconds. Playing f6 is very rarely a good idea in the opening, especially when your king is in the middle of the board.
- I guess you miss some opening and general chess knowledge
Move 17. Your opp...
thanks for reviewing it. im aware the tactics are obvious but i just cant seem to find them when actually playing a game!

I do not think that anything is likely to work very well in 10-minute games.
"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ... Many internet players are reluctant to play slower than 30 5 so you might have to settle for that as a 'slow' game." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

That was back in 2002. These days, you might have to settle for 15+10.
