Well given your strength you have too many books and too advanced. Your rating indicates that you lose pieces. I do lose pieces all the time and that is my biggest problem. Not knowing how to handle minor pieces according to situation in centre of the board. Latter is easir to digest - at least if feels so. But basically you need take care of you pieces. no positional or strategic information is gonna help if you lose rook for nothig

Books cannot really help here. I would recommend playing only LOT longer time limits and taking you time for every move on question : Is my move safe.
start playing blitz again only after you have managed somehow not lose material.
