"K+B" means knight+bishop and not king+bishop, and you also wrote you can checkmate with 2 bishops and didn't mention your king, in chess in every position there is a king so no need to say it extra.

That's not true. King = K. Knight = N. It should be N+B, not K+B.

That may be true, but it's better to include the king so that it won't be confusing. Also, there is a reason why you don't write the knight as a K in notation, because that is already taken by the king.
