Perhaps you don't pay enough attention to what your opponent is doing?
Maybe you're always playing at the same level but higher rated players are better at exploiting your mistakes.
Alternatively, you're afraid of higher rated players and the fear leads to mistakes.

i dont think im afraid of them if theyre kinda close in rating, i just play way too casually. I give away 2 pawns and i lose positionally
You might see their high rating and get scared and play worse.
You can hide the ratings in the setting page.

When i play bullet in the arena, i hide ratings. After the match, i found that i beated opponents with ratings 2200-2500.

Probably cause you're playing against computer engines - that what 3/4 of the games you get seem to be nowadays. I'm about done playing here.
I play stupidly against lower-rated players, too. So I guess they must all be using engines as well.
