Should not a thread invite discussion? What discussion did the OP invite, by simply stating that they believe the Alien Gambit to be an unsound one not worthy of attention of higher-rated players?

Te thing is, I never faced Alien Gambit in Lichess Chess.com and Real life (Cuz I very rarely play caro-kann and play Kasparov variation with Nd7...)

I see you still didnt close it and move on which tells me you want drama, nope, thats enough, I asked for theories, I got Insulted, people sayıng "If you dont know how to counter it, its a good opening" nope, thats wrong, a good opening is an Opening which is sound, with theories and has positional play (aggresive Openings also included) If you cant counter it doesnt make a good opening, its an opening we CANT counter, I dont wanna repeat myself but I know counters like C5, Nc6 attacking white's weak dark squares, 2 years ago before this forum
