Do it! Just Do it. Click and play. You promise but don't deliver. You're not alone, everyone else is too.
I suggest pressing 10+5. Another comes and argues that we need to press 15+10. In fact, this debate is pointless. Because the player will not press either the first or the second.
The most difficult first stage is to force the player to play ranked games against opponents. Stop playing against the computer.

Practice principals so you have good institution and try to have polyalphabetic thinking. Pins, skewers, etc puzzles are great, and if ur completely new,try one of lichess's learn options. It helps, trust.
for Opening, middlegame, and endgame,I would use study's, search up said term, and yea.
EDIT: omg I'm so soryy I checked ur profile and realized ur level. bro I'm so sorry I thought you were beginner. Pretty good for 3 monthes. sryy :(
Also for ur level, learn more openings, and practice tactics,on puzzles is best. Endgames are also key. You can learn them anywhere. I don't think u need a coach. lky ur better than me T-T
I can coach but I need some money, at least a little bit of money as I'm living in a foreign country without work. Should I email you?
