Does somebody knows how the k factor works? Because when you fist join lichess you get 1500 +- 1000 Elo, then you play and you get your final Elo, but if you stop playing then you get a high k factor again.
Lichess uses Glicko-2, which has a very complicated and dynamic treatment k-factors.
