I have normal ping to server, but if the tournament have more 500 players, server will be freeze, lags and i lose game.
And after how i lose rating and feel bad, i took a message from server "IF you loses more time you will be baned" lolllll

You sure that you have "normal" ping or is it your ping working against you at the exact wrong moment? ;)

A tournament with 500 players is actually quite small for Lichess and won't affect server load in any measurable way. On average, over 2,000 games finish on the site every minute—that's more than 30 games ending every single second.
The most likely reason for lag is routing issues between the server and your device. Your moves travel through around 20 network hops, and if even one of those nodes experiences sporadic traffic or drops packets, you will feel the delay locally.

500 is quite less, I haven't lagged in Marathons (which have around 20k players, I think.)
