Hello everyone. I am looking for an experienced player to guide and play with my son. He has learned a lot on his own and truly enjoys chess, but he doesn't have many people to play with or learn from. We are not looking for intense, long-term, or competitive training. He just wants a casual space to enjoy the game, practice, and keep learning at his own pace.Unfortunately, my current financial situation is very difficult, and I can only afford to pay $5 USD per hour. I sincerely apologize if this budget seems too low or offensive to anyone. It is not that I undervalue your time and expertise, it is simply the absolute limit of what I can afford to give him as a gift.If any patient player is willing to share their love for the game and hang out with a kid who genuinely loves chess, please send me a private message. I would be deeply grateful. we can communicate in english, basic english. thank you for your attention
Message me. I'll try and help
He said he's looking for a casual, short-term trainer for 5 dollars an hour, clearly he doesn't need a titled player as a coach.

Well there is this coach “mmmike11” 1.5 euros per hour. Why not a titled player after all.

Well that's news to me. In his profile it says "Euro2024 discount, available for training games", maybe it was a promotion 2 years ago to get his name known in the circuit. Still, the coach profile is not updated so it should still count.

Is there a local chess club?
Or a local public library where you can post something like
"Meet up tuesdays at 6 for chess"??
your son will learn faster if he's having fun playing in person and especially with kids his age group.
Check local--it may be your answer. Bill
