A bit about my situation, I'm working, have a young kid and family commitments. Regularly scheduled coaching calls are pretty hard to make work right now. I also can't get to my local chess club anymore, so all my playing happens online.
Here's where I'm at:
- OTB rating: stuck around 1700
- Online (Lichess): mostly between 1800–1900, but most games are blitz
- Goal: get back to regular rapid play, push OTB to 1900 or even 2000
My honest problem is, I don't really know how to improve from here. I've been stagnating for a while.
I am looking for someone who'd analyze my games, point out where my weaknesses are, and put together a training plan tailored to me. What would be nice is:
- Analysis of my rapid/blitz games
- Weekly or biweekly email exchange where we check in on progress
- Optionally a short call once in a while to see where I stand
- Feedback on my online games too, suggestions for improvement
I know this is different from the classic coaching setup, but it's what fits my life right now. Of course I'm happy to pay for this, just looking for flexibility.

I’m a chess.com 2150 Rapid and 2010 blitz / Fide OTB Classical ~1800 elo player . My FIDE isn't higher mostly because my main focus is coaching rather than playing competitively right now.
I'm a uni student and I mostly coach a few amateur players locally here in Hungary.
What I mainly do is look at your games to spot the hidden habits keeping you at a plateau, and then we just make a practical plan to fix them.
