Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a project that parses historical PGNs with a local Stockfish engine to isolate sharp evaluation shifts and generate realistic tactical puzzles.
While standard GM databases are easy to find, I'm trying to expand my collection with authentic, verified PGNs of matches played by historical figures, celebrities, athletes, and politicians (e.g., Einstein, Kasparov vs Lennox Lewis, Bloodgood, Whitaker).
Does anyone know good public repositories, Lichess studies, or verified archives for these types of non-standard historical games?
Any PGN sources or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
